Meet the team

At THERAsurf, I work solely with the families. When we have an event date, I reach out to families and coordinate their arrival. I am responsible for welcoming and checking in athletes at the beach, I get kids in wetsuits, and pair the athletes up with surfers.

I have been an educator for 27 years. I have a mild to moderate credential along with a multiple subject credential. I have a behavioral degree as well. I am very passionate about full inclusion and I have worked on the board to get full inclusion at my school.

I am also very passionate about art and art therapy. I have worked to get The Big Smiles (art therapy non-profit) to come to the beach to help the kids paint and do tie-dye!
